Meet the Staff of Patterdale Hall! Our aim is to make sure that you get the most out of your stay with us and we will do all that we can to make your visit an enjoyable one. All the staff are fully qualified in their jobs and are passionate about working at Patterdale Hall. Most staff live in on-site accommodation so Patterdale is not just where we work but also our home.

As you might expect all members of staff, both instructional and house based, have undergone the rigourous checks required to work in a school environment.

To staff activity programmes we have a team of residential instructors and also bring in instructors from our freelance pool whenever needed. Most of our freelance staff have worked for us for many years and are really part of the 'extended family' of Patterdale Hall. As required by the Adventurous Activities Licensing Authority (AALA) we maintain a check of all instructor qualifications and ensure that everyone is up to date with the latest requirements.
